What are stretched canvas walls made of?
ALYOS® tensioned walls are based on an exceptionally fine polyurethane-coated polyester mesh covering, installed at room temperature and without heating the room. This process guarantees fast, clean installation and perfect tension, with a smooth finish comparable to a traditional plastered wall.
Thanks to the wide width of our stretched fabrics, even complex or large wall surfaces can be covered without visible joints.
The ALYOS® system also allows the discreet integration of sockets, switches or decorative elements.
Application: our fabrics meet Bs1,d0, CE, COV.A+ standards and are suitable for public areas.
How do we install your stretched canvas wall?
Fast, controlled installation
The installation of ALYOS® stretched walls stands out for its fast, careful implementation, suitable for any project. Our profile fastening system, specifically developed for wall fabrics, enables rapid installation in just a few hours, without the need to heat the room.
ALYOS® profiles, only 10 mm high, are made of bi-material PVC and easily adapt to even the most complex architectural shapes. The fabric is then inserted into the profile using a curved spatula. A system of notched clamps ensures that the cladding stays in place over time.
An elegant, discreet finish
The tension of the fabric is optimized for a perfectly smooth finish, with only a 5 mm selvedge visible. Cut-outs can be made with a shaver or a cutter.
The installation of ALYOS® tensioned walls is reserved for professionals trained in our technique. A list of qualified installers is available on request, to guarantee optimum results on every job.
