Backlit systems consist of :

  • translucent ALYOS® fabric
  • a suitable LED lighting system
  • a frame (optional)

Enclosed spaces require secondary lighting to compensate for the lack of windows, and allow us to create the desired ambience: subdued light for a relaxing effect in a spa, for example. Enhance your décor with our system!

A first step towards light therapy: we need light to feel good. The range of LED lighting adapted to our translucent cladding enables us to create different moods essential to our well-being, simulating daylight.

When your ideas come to life

ALYOS® translucent coatings are available in white and can also be digitally printed with UV or latex without altering the fabric's properties.

ALYOS® image collections are at your disposal. We manage and develop these creative assets for you. Based on our print guidelines, we can also apply your own designs and visuals. Our graphics studio will format the images to suit your parts.

How to install an ALYOS® backlit system

  • STEP 1
Installation of LEDs around the edges or in the background (depending on your project). Depending on the complexity of the project, a structure can be created to support the system. In the case of background lighting, LED panels cover the entire surface to be treated, so as not to create any shadows. This ensures even illumination. A plenum of around twenty centimetres is required. The greater the spacing between the LEDs and the fabric, the more diffused the light will be, and the fewer stripes of light will be created. The system can be dimmed as required. This allows you to modulate the light intensity.
  • STEP 2

We recommend double-skin backlit ceilings. We add a transparent protective veil to trap any dust. This double skin is not mandatory.

  • STEP 3

Installation of ALYOS® translucent cladding. This fabric can be white or printed. Let your imagination run wild.
